Karatay

Karatay district of Konya province is located between 38°15' and 37°37' North latitudes and 32°27' and 33°22'East longitudes. Its distance from the city center is 4 km. The average elevation of the district above sea level is 1,016 meters. The district is surrounded by Altınekin in the north, Çumra in the south, Meram, Selçuklu in the west and Karapınar in the east. The area of the district is 2,818.2 km².
